Ingredients:
- plain flour
- water
- egg
- fruit/veg of choice
Method:
- Mix 1 egg with 2/3 cup of flour and 2/3 cup of water
- heat a frying/pancake pan and lightly grease with a bit of olive oil (very lightly)
- Use a teaspoon to put small blobs on (about 2/3 tsp is good amount)
- cook and flip until they start to go golden
- Let cool and add sliced fruit of your choice (I chose banana and carrot because we had no strawberries)
For the rest of the batter: Your turn!
Add a pinch of salt, sugar, some vanilla extract, tbsp baking powder and a drizzle of oil to have human pancake batter!
